We have a long history of providing data protection support to organisations from a broad section of industry.
Following the introduction of GDPR in 2018, the EU introduced an audit program for International Organisations known as 'Pillar9'. Having been commissioned to assist the Council of Europe, the Inter American Development Bank, IFAD, the Caribbean Development Bank and others in achieving this certification we took what we learned and turned our expertise to the ICO's certification programme.
2 years of close collaboration with the ICO saw the birth of LOCS:23 - the first ICO approved certification for legal services.
As Scheme Owners of LOCS:23, we have used the ICO approved controls to produce a suite of achievable certifications, toolkits and Elearnings designed specifically for SMEs.
